Patrick Saile

Hamilton, KW and Niagara Program Manager

Hometown: Hobart, Tasmania, Australia

Bio: Before moving to Hamilton in 2010, Patrick had been orienteering for over 15 years in Australia. After taking the Program Manager position he has branched out into Trail Running and Obstacle Racing with highlights being 1st place of of ~8,000 entrants in the Ontario Warrior Dash 2012 and being a member of the Dontgetlost Adventure Running relay team that has broken the 100mile relay record at the Sulphur Springs Trail Run three times in a row (2011-2013).

Meghan Rance

Adventure Running X Program Manager (all locations)

Hometown: Vancouver, BC

Bio: Meghan is an experienced orienteer who has competed in the elite category at the National and North American Orienteering Championships for the past 10 years. She is well-known in the Canadian orienteering community for planning high-level events, including the annual Vancouver Sprint Camp and the 2014 Canadian Championship Sprint in Whistler, BC. Meghan is an orienteering coach, mapper, member of the national junior development board, and the Canadian team manager for the World Orienteering Championships.

Cassie Collins

Oakville, Burlington, Milton & Stoney Creek Program Manager

Hometown: Brockville, ON

Bio: Cassie has a kinesiology degree from the University of Waterloo, and a Master's of Fitness Science from York University. She is an avid trail runner, has completed a handful of half marathons, is a hockey player, ex university rugby player, and is eager to take on the adventure running world. She has a great deal of experience coaching and planning youth sport, including running an after school sports program in Northern Quebec. She is passionate about fitness, getting kids active and encouraging girls to lead active healthy lives.
