It's time to race, old school Cross Country style! This won't be your modern cross country course - expect some obstacles to break the running up; hay bales, tunnels, some over and unders and a classic cross country style 'hill'!

The 5th annual Kids for Kenya Toilet Run is a 1K, 2K and 3K kids run that takes place in Churchill Park in Westdale. Last year, we raised over $3000 to help with sanitation efforts in Kenyan Primary Schools. Join us for another year of fun, food, and prizes.

About Connecting Countries

Connecting Countries Adopt-a-School is a registered Canadian Charitable Organization that is based in Hamilton, Ontario. Begun in 2005 as a school project, Connecting Countries continues to empower students to assist each other with integrity and respect.

Connecting Countries’ main purpose is to improve the quality of the educational environments in Kenyan public schools with an important focus on improving their sanitation latrines so they are clean, safe, and dignified. In addition, we support curriculums by augmenting instructional supplies and teaching aids. Don’t Kenyan students deserve to learn in a healthy, safe environment? We think so too, and our mission is to relieve poverty by improving the quality of education.
