Participation in Adventure Running Kids for the 2010-2011 season will be capped at 100 kids per session. Participation in our new ARK Attack program will be capped at 20 kids per session.

REGISTRATION: Choose between our Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm or 6:30-7:30 pm time slots. Parents (or guardians) must print, sign and submit the waiver prior to their child's participation in ARK.  Parents can hand in their waiver at any of our ARK information evenings or immediately prior to the first training night. Online registration for the 2010-2011 season is now open. 

FEES: We are happy to announce that we are only raising the special introductory fee from our 2010 spring session by a little more than a loonie per session for kids that sign-up for the entire 2010-2011 season.

Adventure Running Kids:  $80/session or  $199 for all three sessions.

ARK ATTACK: $40/session or  $99 for all three sessions. (ARK Attack fee is in addition to the regular ARK fee)

WHAT IS INCLUDED?: Included with an Adventure Running Kids registration is weekly coaching by our expert coaches at our training night practices,  participation in our end-of-session Adventure Speaker presentation, an Adventure Running Kids branded water bottle, buff or bag (depending on the session), free entry to several adventure running training events (Enduros), and a discount on our Adventure Running Kids technical T-shirts.  Kids registered in our ARK Attack program will also receive  an additional weekly training night practice and free entry to the Kids Raid at a Salomon Dontgetlost.ca Adventure Running Series race during the session they register for.  Our winter session costs the same as our autumn and spring sessions as it includes indoor access.

SUBSIDIZED REGISTRATION: We may subsidize entry into ARK for those families with financial need. Please contact us for more information. Kidsport is another resource families may access which provides financial assistance for sports programs and equipment. Visit www.kidsport.ca for more information.

TAX RECEIPTS: Tax receipts are available for ARK entry fees. They will be automatically generated by the online registration system prior to each session.

REFUND POLICY: In the event a registered athlete is unable to participate in Adventure Running Kids we will refund 100% of the registration fee less a $20 administration fee up to two weeks prior to a session. Only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded up to three weeks into a session. After the first three weeks of a session no refund will be provided.

WAIVER: All participants must submit a paper copy of the waiver signed by their parent or guardian prior to participating in ARK.
