Our Adventure Running Kids^® program has been nominated for an Ontario Trillium Foundation - People's Choice Award. Just having Adventure Running Kids nominated from the hundreds of grants is very exciting for us as Adventure Running Kids is a program we really believe in - and we know the hundreds of kids, youth and parents do as well! But it would be even more exciting if we could win!!!

The winner is chosen by an online vote, so that's where all of you come in! You can vote every hour over the 2.5 weeks! All you need to do is click on the link below and, select one of our 5 submissions at a time, then click on the 'Vote' button. It's that easy (then an hour later you can vote again). For your first time on the voting site, you will need to create a login first. You can do so here. If you lose our submissions, just type 'ARK' into the seach box to find them again. You can vote on EACH of our 5 submissions EACH hour! Complete instructions (with helpful screen grabs) are below

Voting has now started and ends on Wednesday February 29th at midnight. So as they say, vote early and vote often! To help get the word out join our ARK Facebook Page.

STEP ONE - Log into the site

To log In to the site either click the 'Facebook' button or 'Login' button.

If you have not yet registered with the site, you will need to provide a few details after you click 'Login'. Once you have done this, you will be automatically logged in and return to the main page - go to step 2. To log in via Facebook, a new window will pop up and you will have to 'Approve' the voting site to access your facebook account.

You will know you're logged in when your name appears next to the 'Logout' button on the main page.

STEP TWO - Find the ARK submissions

If you you are ready to vote. Type 'ARK' or 'Adventure' into the seach box and hit enter (the magnifying glass search button sometimes doesn't work).

This should bring up the five ARK submissions for the award (and currently one other, non-ARK submission).

STEP THREE - Vote for all five submissions

Click on the first submission. That should bring up that page like so, with a big blue 'Vote' button.

Click on the vote button and it will go from 'Vote' to 'Thank you for voting'

Next, click back on your browser to return to the previous screen. Now click on the next submission - there should be a fresh, new 'Vote' button for you to click. Please do so, go back and do it again three more times

STEP FOUR - Have a break

Wait one hour, then repeat STEP ONE!!!
